Making healthy choices as a high schooler can be difficult for many reasons. And if your students aren’t making healthy choices the results can be life-altering. Healthe Foundations teaches students about preventable health conditions and encourages lifelong personal well-being in an engaging online format. Using real-world experience, students investigate, diagnose and treat their “virtual” patient that has a preventable medical condition. Once diagnosed, students put together a project to educate their patient - setting goals to improve their dietary and fitness levels - then orally presenting their findings. Come learn about this no-cost program!
