How a balance between mind, body and soul brings harmony within the body. Mind, body and soul is balanced through the 6 foundational principles; Proper breathing & how stress/lifestyle factors can affect this, Food & Nutrition and how it is different for each individual student, Proper movement (7 Primal types) & the importance of learning proper technique, Positive thinking of ourselves & our world, Proper hydration (all water is not equal), Sleeping, Active Rest and & Passive Rest (Meditation, Work-ins, Tai-Chi). When we find balance (Yin/Yang) within the 6 Foundational Principles we clear away physical and emotional clutter, relieve ourselves of unhealthy symptoms, improve our digestion, nutrition and eating habits, we learn to let go of worry, stress, anxieties, and depressions, and we take responsibility for our own lives while we learn how to set realistic and obtainable goals.
